developing story out of san francisco were a water main break has cruised scrambling this morning. bowater has been turned off. this was an the area of 15th avenue and wawona. kron4 jackie sissel is live on the scene. >> the crews are working trying to clean up this absolute mess. you can say how thick this much is out here. this is about a foot deep. this is a stop sign and this is where the water was. you can see this front loader is scooping up some of the mess. all of the problem started up 15 over this way. there is a large sinkhole in the roadway.
